CurtainMaster Reports
Select the report you wish to schedule
Go to the three dots in the upper corner of the screen and then select Schedule Delivery from the dropdown
This pop up has three sections
Settings
This section allows you to:
- Add a name for your scheduled report
- Set how often you would like it to send and the time of day
- Add an email address or addresses to send to
- Select the format you wish to send
Filters
This section will allow you to set any filters available for the report
Advanced Options
This section allows you to:
- Add a memo/message to the email
- Set the paper size
- Set the time zone you wish the schedule to be based on
When you have completed your selections select Save
Change or remove scheduled reports
Go to the 3 dots in the corner of the screen again and select Schedule Delivery from the dropdown
This will bring up a pop up with any schedules you have in place
You can select the three dots across from the scheduled report to:
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Delete
A new/additional schedule can also be created by clicking the New button on this pop up
